Ryan Whalen is a Partner at Live Oak and serves as a Vice President with the industrial leasing division, where he is focused on leasing, industrial development, and acquisitions. Ryan has completed over 100 lease transactions totaling over 2 million square feet. He has also been involved in five value-add acquisitions totaling 250,000 square feet and two industrial developments totaling 250,000 square feet.

Ryan's prior experience includes being a member of the National Football League as a wide receiver for the San Francisco 49ers, Minnesota Vikings, and Cincinnati Bengals.

Dax Benkendorfer serves as Senior Leasing Associate with the industrial and office leasing divisions
of Live Oak where he is focused on procuring lease transactions for both project leasing and tenant
representation, sales, acquisitions and business development. Since joining Live Oak in 2018, Dax
has completed 220 transactions totaling more than 1,060,000 square feet.
Dax joined Live Oak full time after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin. His prior
experience includes an internship at Live Oak in the summer of 2016 and 2017 while attending the
University of Texas at Austin.

Ben joined Live Oak full time after graduating from The University of Alabama. His prior experience includes an internship at Live Oak in the summer and fall of 2021 while attending the University of Alabama, where he earned a degree in mathematics and a minor in electrical engineering.
