Lynette Dahmer, CPM®, serves as Live Oak's Director of Internal Compliance, responsible for the the oversight of all company compliance issues and policies.
Prior to her role as compliance officer, Lynette oversaw the commercial office management team functions including property management, financial services and construction management for a 676,000 square foot office portfolio, nine employees and development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Lynette offers over 30 years of commercial real estate experience and began her career with Trammell Crow Company in 1984 where she was actively involved in all aspects of commercial office construction, leasing and property management. In 1995, she joined Live Oak Development overseeing the management of portfolio owned solely by Live Oak Development and in 2007, after developing positive relationships and maintaining high tenant retention, Lynette moved into third party management for Live - Oak Gottesman.
