Clark Grigsby serves as Leasing Associate with the industrial and office leasing divisions of Live Oak where he is focused on procuring lease transactions for tenant representation, project leasing, and business development. Since joining Live Oak, Clark has completed 65 transactions.

Clark joined Live Oak full time after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin. His experience includes an internship with Live Oak in the summer and fall of 2023 while attending the University of Texas where he earned a BBA from the McCombs School of Business.

Ryan Whalen is a Partner at Live Oak and serves the Leasing & Investments divisions, where he is focused on leasing, industrial development, and acquisitions. Ryan has completed over 250 lease transactions totaling over 5 million square feet. He has also been involved in five value-add acquisitions totaling 250,000 square feet and three industrial developments totaling 500,000 square feet.

Ryan's prior experience includes being a member of the National Football League as a wide receiver for the San Francisco 49ers, Minnesota Vikings, and Cincinnati Bengals.
