Stacy Rivenbark joined Live Oak in 2021 and serves as Property Manager. Since joining the firm as a Property Assistant, Stacy has steadily advanced within the Property Management team, progressing to Assistant Property Manager before being promoted to Property Manager. Prior to joining Live Oak, Stacy spent nearly 12 years as a small business owner, bringing a practical, ownership-minded approach to property management. She has experience managing industrial, office, and retail properties throughout the Austin market.
Stacy’s responsibilities include tenant, owner, and vendor relations, lease administration, property operations and maintenance, preparation of annual budgets, monthly financial reporting, and annual expense reconciliations.
